Parkinson's Support Group & Exercise Sessions

The Parkinson's support group and exercise program helps enhance muscle function and body movement and seeks to delay the progression of Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.

This class can help improve mobility, reduce fatigue, enhance postural awareness, increase endurance, decrease the risk of falls, and promote self-confidence and independence. Someone with Parkinson's can also visit with others to find support, encouragement, and hope.
