St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Carroll County Public Health Services invite members of the community to participate in the 2019 Carroll County Community Health Needs Assessment now through February 28, 2019.
All Carroll County residents are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas about the health of our community by participating in the online survey, said Marcia Schaefer, RN, Director, Home Health, Hospice and Public Health at St. Anthony Hospital. Schaefer says data from the assessment helps health organizations and leaders plan for the future.
“We want to know what is important to members of our community, so we can allocate resources to provide health services and funding that meet their needs, and ultimately improves the overall health and well-being of residents in Carroll County, as well as the surrounding St. Anthony Regional Hospital service area,” said Schaefer.
To take the survey, visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/CKMJ2DD. The surveys are also available on the St. Anthony Regional Hospital website and the Carroll County Public Health Services website. To receive a paper copy, contact Schaefer at 712-794-5400 or click here to print your own.
Results from the survey will be available on St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Carroll County Public Health Services websites in the summer of 2019.
