My Health Patient Portal provides secure, online access to your personal health information at St. Anthony.

You may review the details of hospital or clinic health records and medical history for you or your family members. You can also exchange health-related messages or make an appointment with your St. Anthony Clinic provider.

Download the App to your Smartphone

If you already have a My Health account, you can connect it to your smart phone by downloading the MEDITECH MHealth app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You'll have your medical information at your fingertips. 

Do not use My Health for urgent medical matters. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A HEALTH-RELATED EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. If you need immediate attention from your provider, call the St. Anthony Clinic, at 712-792-2222 immediately.
