We Are One St. Anthony - Be Here Now

Have you ever been in a meeting where it's clear the other person is distracted and not listening? Or reversed where your mind wandered and you didn't hear the other person? We all have - it's human. BE HERE NOW is about being fully present with people and activities, at work and home. Being more aware of our distractions and focusing on what is in front of us will help in all aspects of our lives.

Be Here Now

John Coon Memorial Silent Auction

John CoonOur friend and coworker, John Coon, was 61 when he passed away unexpectedly on December 28, 2022. There was not a stranger he ever met and a name he never forgot. If you were lucky enough to be a friend of John’s, you were a friend for life. Our St. Anthony family misses John dearly.

John is remembered most for his everlasting love of sports and how he avidly followed the Iowa State Cyclones! John’s family paid a visit to St. Anthony this past fall. To our surprise, they gifted some of John’s most prized possessions: autographed jerseys, autographed shoes and trading cards. A small working-group decided to open these items up for a silent auction that will go towards the St. Anthony SOS fund that assists employees in trying times.

Click HERE to access a site called Qtego to browse the auction items in detail and begin bidding!  It’s easy!

Let’s have some fun bidding wars to raise money for the SOS Fund in John’s memory!

Bidding is open now and will close on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
