A Breath of Fresh Air: Support Group for Breathing Disorders
Event Details
This group is for any individual with COPD or other chronic lung diseases to learn more about managing their disease and improving their quality of life. Each session will discuss a different topic about chronic lung diseases such as treatment options, breathing techniques, energy conservation, and oxygen use.
Who can attend? Any individual with COPD or other chronic lung diseases such as asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, long-term COVID, etc.
Cost: Free!
Where: St. Francis Room on the fourth floor of in the St. Anthony Surgery Building. You may park in the parking garage in the lower 2 levels of the Surgery Building and take the elevators to the fourth floor.
This class is held every other month in February, April, June, August, October, & December on the third Thursday at 3 pm.
