Donate Life Month
Across many cultures, birds are one of the most welcomed and visible signs of spring. They represent both new beginnings and visits from loved ones who have passed away.
This National Donate Life Month, join us in helping to save and heal lives – register your decision to be an organ, eye and tissue donor at RegisterMe.org.

OT Month!
Each April, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) celebrates OT Month and the more than 230,000 occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and students who work nationwide to create fuller lives for clients and their families. Here at St. Anthony, we have Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are trained to help people of all ages participate in daily living or live better with injury, illness, or disability. This is accomplished through designing strategies for everyday living and customizing environments to develop and maximize potential.

We Are One St. Anthony - Role of Thought
Thousands of thoughts flow through our minds every day. A thought can get so loud and powerful that it drowns out all other thoughts limiting our perspective.
Our moment-to-moment experience of life is determined by our thinking and the stories we tell ourselves.
Here are some tips to help you notice your thinking more frequently.
- Check your mood.
- Be present.
- Try to interrupt your pattern of thinking.
Treasuring Talent: Stephanie Bauer, Benefits Coordinator
Treasuring Talent is a voluntary program established by the E2 Committee where individual employees are highlighted from our staff. The program is a way for our hospital, surrounding clinics & community to get to know and appreciate the incredible team of people serving at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.
Love your job at St. Anthony? Submit an entry to the E2 Committee to be featured!

Shining a Light on Exceptional Care: The STAR Awards Program
At St. Anthony, we believe in celebrating the exceptional
dedication and compassionate care our team members provide every day. The STAR Awards program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond in their roles—whether it’s a nurse offering comfort during a difficult time, an EVS staff member ensuring a clean and safe environment, or a Food & Nutrition team member delivering a warm, thoughtful meal. Every role contributes to our mission of Hope, Healing, and Health, and this program allows patients, families, and fellow employees to express their gratitude for outstanding service.
Join us in encouraging patients and families to take a moment to nominate a STAR—any St. Anthony employee who has made a meaningful impact. Nominations can be submitted online or through forms available throughout the hospital. Recognizing these moments of extraordinary care helps us celebrate the dedication of our team and inspire others to continue making a difference. Help us shine a light on those who make St. Anthony a place of compassion and excellence!
