Chelsie Downs in Same Day Surgery |
Today Chelsie had an elderly patient that was coming in for a procedure in SDS. This woman has had worsening dementia symptoms and her family was struggling with providing supervision and care for her. Chelsie took the time to find several resources for them, printed a lot of information and applications for assistance. She truly went above and beyond to help her patient and family. Great job Chelsie! |

Thank you Eric, for your patience and thoroughness when I call the help desk or send through a help star. I am thankful for the way you ask questions back to me to get to the root of the issue when I don't always know how to describe the problem. I also appreciate your kindness when I am the middleman on behalf of another employee with a computer issue and you coach me through the call.
You're the best. |
