Are you or a loved one living with diabetes? Join our welcoming and supportive community to:
- Share your experiences and challenges
- Learn about diabetes management
- Gain valuable tips and resources
- Connect with others who understand
If you have been diagnosed with diabetes or have participated in the St. Anthony Diabetes Prevention Program, this group is for you!
We know that practicing healthy habits can be hard, and its harder doing it alone so you are invited to join this FREE support group.
When: Second Thursday of each month (First session in November 2023)
Time: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Location: St. Clare Meeting Room (4th floor of Surgery Center)
