The Parkinson's Support Group and Exercise Program helps enhance muscle function and body movement and seeks to delay the progression of Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. This class can help improve mobility, reduce fatigue, enhance postural awareness, increase endurance, decrease risk of falls, and promote self-confidence and independence.
Location: St. Francis Conference Room on the 4th floor of the St. Anthony Surgery Center.
Parking is available in the covered parking garage in the two lower levels of the Surgery Center.
