Ultrasound Use for Intravenous Insertion- SARH Staff Only
Event Details
This course is designed for registered nurses inserting intravenous catheters at St. Anthony. It will provide information and guidance on how to use ultrasound to visualize vasculature and practice the technique for using ultrasound guidance with intravenous insertion. This will assist nurses with insertion of IVs in patients with difficult venous access. This course will include a competency check-off for staff to demonstrate application of the learned skills.
