Join us for an unforgettable evening of strength, healing, and celebration at our Survivorship Event — a special gathering created to honor cancer survivors and the caregivers who walk beside them. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Swan Lake Conservation Education Center, this event brings together community, connection, and adventure in a fully accessible, welcoming environment.

3:00–5:00 PM | A Hiking Adventure

We’re honored to welcome EPIC Experience (Colorado) as they lead a guided, approximately one-mile walk designed to celebrate strength, healing, and Hikecommunity.

This experience is open to survivors of all abilities, with Urban Poles available for anyone who would like extra support. Along the route, there will be a few fun surprises to make the walk even more memorable, along with rest stops available as needed.

If you would prefer not to participate in the walk but still want to enjoy the outdoor experience, you are welcome to bring your own lawn chair and relax nearby while cheering others on.

Outdoor activities will be located at the entrance of Swan Lake (look for signs).

5:00–6:30 PM | Group Photo & Dinner

After the walk, we'll gather for a BIG group photo before heading inside for dinner together.

  • Enjoy a FREE meal catered by Napoli's Italian RestaurantNapolis
  • Pick up a survivor goodie bag
  • Enter to win door prizes
  • Capture memories at our fun photo booth

This is a time to relax, laugh, and celebrate the journey with others who understand it.

6:30–7:30 PM | "Campfire" Stories & S’mores

We’ll continue the evening with “Campfire” Stories led by EPIC Experience.
To help preserve the beauty of Swan Lake, there will not be an actual fire—but don’t worry, you’ll still enjoy the same meaningful and memorable experience.

Closing Ceremony: Before heading home, you’ll be invited to ring the Bell of Victory — a powerful symbol of courage, strength, and survivorship.

This event is about more than an evening together — it’s about honoring your journey, celebrating resilience, and reminding every survivor that you are not alone.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
