Dr. Ronald Cheney is a board certified general surgeon. Appointments can be made by calling 712-464-7907. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, where he was named Outstanding Surgical Student in 1996. He completed his general surgery residency at Des Moines General Hospital. Dr. Cheney is a member of numerous associations including the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Cheney is married to Dr. Karla Cheney and they have three children. The Cheney’s enjoy many activities including playing sports, traveling and spending time together as a family.
