We Are One St. Anthony - Teamwork
It's easy to recognize individuals for a job well done, but achieving results in a complex world requires more than one person - it requires TEAMWORK.
Here are some tips for being an even more effective teammate:
- Stay curious - listen respectfully to other people's ideas.
- Give credit where credit is due - appreciation is the glue that holds teams together.
- Leverage the strength of the team - use the diversity of styles, thinking and ideas to get better results.
- Maximize the wisdom of the team by encouraging everyone to contribute.
Supporting others, reaching out and offering up your strengths leads to the highest performing teams that can create individual success, break down silos, and create lasting organizational change.
