Coach and support Shift Supervisors in the areas of meal assembly, equipment cleaning & sanitation to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
Be a Super User for our nutrition services software for menus, tray tickets and tablets.
Create staff schedules and assist with hiring excellent staff.
Assist with interviewing and training new staff.
Teach and coach staff how to keep their workplace safe and healthy for themselves and our customers.
What do you need?
An Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field (Hospitality/Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Business degree), plus 2 years relative food service or management experience is required.
Competency to effectively use MS Office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and other computer programs.
Effective organization skills and listening and communication skills.
Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug screen
Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner
ServSafe Certification (Manager level) is required within six months of hire.
