Giving to St. Anthony's Immediate Needs

picture of Gilbert RenzeSt. Anthony Foundation received a $100,000 gift from Gilbert Renze's estate to be used towards the renovation of the Emergency Department at St. Anthony Regional Hospital. Mr. Renze managed the Gus Schroeder Elevator Co. for 26 years. He was then a loan officer at Production Credit in Ida Grove until retiring in 1988. Additionally, he was mayor of Wall Lake for 14 years and had great appreciation for St. Anthony Regional Hospital.

"We are extremely pleased to have received this gift from Gilbert's Estate," said Gary Riedmann, President of St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Nursing Home. "His gift will help ensure that patients receive excellent care a private, professional environment."
