Bailee SchleismanBailee received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University (2009), Master of Arts in Management from Briar Cliff University (2017), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University (2019). 

She started her nursing career in Omaha the Nebraska Medical Center. In 2012, she relocated to Carroll  where her husband grew up and began working in the Critical Care Unit at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.

Her experience includes Inpatient Acute Care Nursing, Cardiology, Outpatient Clinic Management, and Infection Prevention and Quality Improvement. 

As Vice President, Quality, Bailee oversees Risk Management, Compliance, Quality of Care delivery, Information Technology, Utilization Review, Performance Improvement, Social Services, and Infection Prevention.

"Growing up with a mother who was also a nurse, I knew the importance of helping people who are in need, and knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare from a young age," said Bailee. "Knowing that I play a role in ensuring there is safe delivery of high quality healthcare in our region for my family, friends, and community that I am part of, motivates me. One of the most exciting parts of being involved in healthcare is that it is always changing and evolving as well"

Bailee serves on the Iowa Association of Healthcare Quality as Secretary/Treasurer of District A.

She and Alex have three young children, and enjoy attending their sporting, music, and school events. They also enjoy farm living, fishing, and volunteering time with Kuemper Catholic Schools.
