St. Anthony Nursing Home Resident a Veteran RAGBRAI Rider Tuesday, 26 July 2011 She rode the entire route in 1975 when she was 54 years old, and alternated riding and driving the "sag wagon" with friends the other three years. Her husband, Clem, also a resident at St. Anthony Nursing Home, supported her in her efforts, but he did not ride with her. Rita is pictured (seated, on the right) with three of this year's RAGBRAI riders who stopped by the St. Anthony Nursing Home while they were in Carroll, on Monday, July 25th.
