St. Anthony Hospice Receives Donation from Polking Family

Monday, 16 February 2009
Hospice services provide supportive care to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of terminally ill patients and their families.  The hospice uses a team approach with trained professionals, paraprofessionals, and non-professional volunteers.  Follow-up counseling and support is provided to families after the death of their loved ones through the bereavement program.  “Donations allow St. Anthony’s to continue to provide quality Hospice care to patients and their families. We are extremely pleased to have received this funding from the Polking family,” said Angela Dillon, Director of St. Anthony Regional Hospice.
