St. Anthony provides short-and long-term disability for full-time employees who have completed one year of service, at no cost to the employee. Short-term disability benefits begin on the fourth day of illness or injury and are paid at 66 2/3 percent for up to 90 days. Long-term disability benefits begin on the 91st day of disability and are paid at 60 percent of salary.
