The design of the medical/surgical area focuses on meeting the medical and physical needs of our patients and the comfort of family and visitors. An enhanced healing environment has been developed that includes private patient rooms, space for family members to visit or sleep overnight and decentralized nurses’ stations to keep caregivers close to patients. The critical care unit includes six private rooms designed with specialized technology and monitoring capabilities.
